Delivery and Collection Policy

Collection:

Our yard is open 9-4.30 on weekdays and 9-12 on Saturday mornings. We've kitted out a new reception area ready for walk-ins as of November 2023 and we have a great system for processing walk-ins efficiently. If you are going to collect, it's worthwhile dropping us a message with what you're thinking of purchasing and we can make sure it is ready.

Please park sensibly in the yard. We are an active farm and there is a lot of heavy machinery that comes and goes.

Delivery:

Currently, we only deliver via our own courier service, which is using our 3.5t vehicles to either tip off or leave curbside. We can also reverse and leave on people’s drives should they request this.

There is a delivery price estimator on the product pages which will estimate your delivery costs within a pound or two of the actual cost which uses your full address at checkout. The delivery cost is £6 + £1.80/mile.

When you go through checkout. Please use this box to provide us with as much information as possible, this will ensure you receive the most efficient service.
