The Mr Logs reception will close for Easter and will open again on Tuesday. The yard is open for walk-ins on Friday and Saturday morning and operating reduced staff should you want to collect or speak to someone before then.

Delivery and Collection Policy

Delivery:

Delivery of big, bulky products isn't easy and requires specialist equipment. We've made the business decision not to outsource this to a third company and only deliver using our own vehicles and staff to ensure you get the best delivery experience possible. We have to three types of delivery vehicle. Most deliveries come on our of our 3.5 tonne transit type vehicles - some of which have a crane attached - and are a great size for most streets and drives. We also have a 

 

n vehicles and staff to ensure e, which is using our 3.5t vehicles to either tip off or leave curbside. We can also reverse and leave on people’s drives should they request this.

The delivery cost is £6 + £1.80/mile from our site at NG10 5NP to your address.

When you go through checkout. Please use this box to provide us with as much information as possible, this will ensure you receive the most efficient service.

Delivery is not available at weekends.

We now offer a crane lift service to so we’re now able to lift bags over small fences and walls, please specify this before arrival so we are equipped with the correct gear to do this.

Lead times are dynamic and constantly listed at the top of our website.

If you have complex delivery requirements, you should make sure you are present for delivery.

Collection:

Our yard is open from 9:00 to 16:30 on weekdays and 09:00 to 12:00 on Saturday mornings. If you are going to collect, it's worthwhile dropping us a message with what you're thinking of purchasing and we can make sure it is ready.

Please park sensibly in the yard. We are an active farm and there is a lot of heavy machinery that comes and goes.
