This bulk buy includes 2 cubic metres of freshly cut, 'green' logs. It’s the exact same volume as four of our standard bulk bags, offering our biggest savings yet for those who like to plan ahead—both in your pocket and on plastic packaging!
Our mixed logs are a natural blend of primarily softwood species (with the odd bit of hardwood slipping in), cut to approximately 25cm, which is ideal for stoves of 5kW and above.
⚠️ IMPORTANT: THESE LOGS ARE NOT READY TO BURN ⚠️ Because these logs are unseasoned, they currently have a high moisture content. You must not burn this wood immediately. Burning wet wood provides very little heat, produces excessive smoke, and causes dangerous soot and tar buildup in your chimney or flue.
To get the most out of your purchase, you will need to stack and store these logs in a dry, well-ventilated log store at home. Buy them now, let the sun and wind dry them out over the spring and summer, and they will be perfectly seasoned, highly efficient, and ready to burn for next winter!
